I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Cinquantatre. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to the Trevi Fountain and delightful local restaurants nearby. The staff were exceptionally friendly and offered me complimentary espressos, which made my mornings lovely.

absolutely horrid experience. first of all, my room wasn’t ready until 3, while others were checked in. and let’s not even discuss the AC—barely working. the breakfast was definitely not worth waking up for. i almost thought of leaving a good review, but could not get over the terrible service.

I encountered significant issues with noise from neighboring rooms and the street outside, which made it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep. The shower drainage was another problem. I had to stand in water during my shower due to a clog that was never fixed despite my complaints. I also found the breakfast options disappointing, with limited choices that did not meet my expectations for a hotel's morning meal.
